Great first time motorhome the Bessacarr E445 based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.0 litre diesel engine & 5 speed manual gear box. This vehicle is plated at 3400kg GVW weight so no restrictions on driving. It has had a recent service by the current owner who has owned it since 2014 although it has been serviced regularly since his stewardship there are no records as such. Previous Habitation records for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2011, 2016 & 2017 a new one is booked for the 04/11. Recent MOT until 03/23. The cab benefits from: power assisted steering; Kenwood single cd player, reverse camera.
We enter the motorhome on the passenger side immediately opposite is the full dinette with two opposing 2 seater sofas with a removable table that fixes to the wall and stows in a kitchen cupboard when not in use. The rear of the two sofas has 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal seat belts for travelling passengers. At night this area makes up into a large double bed with the use of some infill cushions for the mattress. The upholstery has been recently redone to bring it up to date.
The second large double bed is situated above the cab and is accessed via a wooden ladder.
To the right of the habitation door is TV point with glass cupboard above and Truma fire below.
Moving rear is the galley style kitchen which consists of: stainless steel sink & drainer with chrome mixer tap with glass cover; full size oven and grill with a 4 burner gas hob. Above and below is plenty of cupboard and drawer space for all your holiday provisions & even a work surface extension that slides from beneath the counter. On the opposite is an Electrolux 3 way fridge with freezer box that can be powered by 240v, 12v or gas depending on whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping. Above is a Microwave oven also for use on site.
Finally to the rear is the large bathroom that covers the back of the motorhome. It consist of: a cassette style Thetford electric flush swivel head toilet; Separate shower cubicle; white wash hand basin and chrome mixer tap; Hanging wardrobe with separate drawers below.
Heating & Hot water are supplied by Truma Fire & Ultrastore boiler which can be powered by Gas or 240v.
