This 4-berth left hand drive 2002 Benimar Sport L 2000 motorhome is a one off, commissioned to his own design by the seller when built new for him in 2002. It ideally lends itself to two users but does have sleeping capacity and belted seats for 4, the dining area converting into a double bed in addition to the large over cab bed. The layout provides for a much more generous kitchen area that has some 12 square feet of worktop space and also a change to the number of available storage units inside the vehicle. Used for long periods in Europe - mainly Italy - the seller added a roof top box and a canoe rack with roof access via a rear ladder. The internal specification did not allow for a heating system so heating the vehicle can be done with the use of a fan heater when plugged in to mains electric. The hot water system works on gas. A wind out awning provides external shade or cover when required. Windows have blinds and fly screens. The shower has only been used once and has been blanked off. Also note that one of the shower floor drains has broken away from the base so will either require repair or covering over if the shower is re-instated for regular use. Engine servicing and maintenance has taken place on the vehicle throughout the ownership and the seller has kept extensive records for reference. I also have the Benimar and FIAT user manuals for transferrance to new owners. Being 16 years old the vehicle has one or two external bumps and scrapes. The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
