The layout is fixed rear bed with a forward lounge area that makes into another double bed. The kitchen is on the offside of the van as is the washroom with separate shower area. The fixed bed is 6' 5" with the sleeping area featuring a padded headboard, stereo JVC speakers and reading lights. Small shelves give space for glasses or books etc and there are 5 upper cupboards for general storage. A TV bracket is facing the bed ready for your TV, a Vision Plus amplifier with signal finder is fitted. The washroom is a good size with a separate shower space that has a frosted door to help keep the toilet area dry. The toilets is a Thetford cassette unit. There is also a heating outllet, shelf, a corner storage cupboard, a vanity mirror over the hand basin lighting and a window. A pull out modestry screen can be used to separate the fixed bed and washroom from the kitchen and lounge. Heating is from an Alde radiator system. The L shaped kitchen area is spotless and well equiped. Full size cooker has 3 gas burners and a electric hob with gas grill and oven, glass top adds workspace when required. The sink has cutting board and drainer that stow away neatly. Two electric sockets are conveineint for the worktop and above we have 3 generous cupboards with additional lighting above. The tall Dometic 8er fridge freezer is on the nearside with the microwave neatly fitted above. Looking towards the lounge dining area there is a good size cupboard before the door with handy space above, with two sockets a power outlet and aerial point ideal for a TV. The lounge area has a forward facing sofa that houses the two travelling seat belts. The seats are leather as part of a Special Package for Motorhome Show orders, along with twin leisure batteries and reversing camera. This seating area makes a 7' 4" bed but has never been used as such. The dining table clips on to a rail and has a swing out extention. Both front seats swivel to face the lounge. Again all in lovely condition. The original carpets are fixed by press stids and can be easily removed if required. To sum up, a very spacious motorhome in fabulous condition that can be driven with a standard licence.
