Every once in a while you come across a motorhome that has been cherished by its owner and is immaculately presented and this is one such vehicle. This 4 berth Bailey motorhome with it's fixed rear bed layout is a real credit to its owners and will make a fantastic travelling partner for its new keepers. It comes with an impressive specification and it has never had a single MOT advisory in its lifetime. With a silver cab and stylish graphics she also looks the part on the road.
This gorgeous motorhome is built on the Peugeot Boxer chassis and has the excellent 2.2 litre engine which provides plenty of power whilst at the same time being very economical. It has a manual 6 speed gearbox, cruise control, power windows and mirrors, cab air conditioning, steering wheel mounted controls, driver and passenger airbags, radio cd player, reversing camera, full cab privacy blinds, 2 swivel seats and a tracker. It is also fitted with an alarm which is currently not wired up and if you enjoy your television on your travels you will be spoilt for choice thanks to the self-seeking satellite system.
At the rear is a fixed French bed measuring approximately 70 x 51 inches so need for the hassle of making up and putting the bed away each day. The bed is on power struts and can be easily raised to access the generous storage space underneath. Above the bed are numerous lockers providing additional storage. The bedroom also has a couple of in-built music speakers and a roof light throws in plenty of natural light.
Next to the bedroom is the stylish bathroom which has a window with blind, a cassette toilet, a wash basin with a mixer tap, a mirror and a bathroom cabinet to store your essentials. The bathroom also has a separate shower with a folding screen so you can keep yourself smelling fresh as a daisy if you decide to go wild camping.
The centrally located kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a culinary delight including a 4 gas burner hob, microwave, an oven with grill, a large 155 litre Dometic 3 way fridge freezer, a sink with mixer tap and plenty of locker and drawer space to store utensils and ingredients. Towards the front of the vehicle is the lounge and dinette featuring 2 good sized side facing sofas and a large skylight throws in plenty of daylight making this a cracking spot to relax with a meal and a few drinks. In the evening simply pull the sofas across to make up another double bed. The windows are fitted with fly screens, blinds and curtains. Overhead lockers run throughout the motorhome providing plenty of additional storage space. Heating and hot water runs off both gas and electricity and the Truma system is very easy to use.
This motorhome also has a wind out awning, a bike rack for 2 cycles and an external gas point so you can enjoy BBQ's and al fresco dining. This Bailey Approach weighs 3500 kg so it can be driven by anyone with a standard UK driving licence. It had a habitation check in June 2020, 2 new front tyres in July 2020 and 2 new rear tyres in June 2020.
