Broker's Comments

The perfect starter van for new motorhomers who want more space than a campervan. With 5 berths and 5 seat belts it is suitable for couples or families who want to get away from it all.

On entering the habitation door there is a well-equipped kitchen across the rear of the van. Comprising 4 burner hob, oven, grill and 3-way fridge there is everything you need to whip up a snack or evening meal. Alongside which is a compact washroom with vanity sink unit, cassette toilet and shower.

The spacious lounge has a full dinette with removable table and long sofa opposite. At night this area converts into a small double with large single or a massive bed if required. Additional sleeping is available in the over-cab pod.

This is a 25-year-old motorhome which benefits from a newly fitted boiler and low mileage for its age. As you would expect there are various age related marks. Please contact Peter on 07757 230193 for further details and more photos. This vehicle can be viewed by appointment and is near Porthcawl.

The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
