We present for sale this 1992 (J reg) Autosleeper Trident. Layout is a camper van with a rock and roll bed. Looking in from the side door you have the swiveling passenger seat with a small table on your left, the kitchen is in front of you and the folded up rock and roll bed to your right. The kitchen specification includes a 2 gas burner hob, a grill, stainless steel sink with drainer and then a storage unit. The decent size fridge is under the grill. With the 3 lift up lids down there is good workspace. There are 5 cupboards of various sizes under the sink. The gas bottle lives under the wardrobe at the rear. The second, larger table is mounted on a tube in front of the rear seat. There are two seat belts in the back. A pota poti lives in the bottom cupboard. The bed is easy to pull out and gives a space about 6' 2" long by 3' 8" wide. More storage is available in the small wardrobe and the upper front cupboards. There are two sections not shown in the photos that forms a small double above the lounge area. Current owner has used this area to store bedding. High level windows in the loung give a nice airy feeling. Condition is very good for the age of the vehicle, seats are clean and tidy with only the rear shelf showing its age. Hot air heating is from the Propex system.
The base vehicle is the Volkswagon T4 with a 2459 cc petrol engine. The van has also been fitted with an LPG conversion which helps with economy. The tank lives under the bed at the back.
MOT expires 29 May 2020. Serviced in May 2019 and Cam Belt and water pump fitted in June. There is a service book and other invoices on hand. A habitation check was completed in April 2019.
The roof is fixed with a ladder on the back tailgate which lifts upwards handy for shelter. There is a towbar fitted.
