Broker's Comments Chester and Wirral present for sale this great example of a 2011 (61 reg) Autosleeper Suffolk 2 berth motorhome. The layout is U shaped rear lounge, kitchen on nearside with washroom on the offside of the van. At the rear we have the U shaped lounge which features three windows to give a very bright and comfortable sitting area. Slats pull out to convert into a double bed. The sofas lift up to provide good storage space. The front seats and upholstry are all spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a spotless full cooker, oven and grill. The hob has 3 gas rings and an electric hot plate. Above the cooker is a Dometic extractor hood. There are 2 worktop extentions as well as the stainless sink with drainer. The Dometic fridge is below the sink. The microwave is mounted above the worktop. With a cutlery drawer and other cupboards storage is well provided. The washroom is well sized with a swing wall to separate the shower area along with a frosted door panel. The shower has it's own controls and the hand basin hs it's own mixer tap. The toilet is a Thetford cassette unit. A safe is hidden away. The hot water and heating are provided by the Truma Ultrastore/Ultraheat system. The interrior lights are full LED. There are 2 sets of carpets fitted. The neatly mounted TV / DVD is included. The Garmin Euro Motorhome Sat Nav with reversing camera is included if the full asking price is achieved.

Based on the Mercedes Sprinter 316 CDi with a 2143 cc 163 bhp diesel engine and an Automatic gearbox. MOT expires in October 2020. The motorhome has very recently been serviced, with 6 previous services in the service book. The MOT history is ecxellent and confirms mileage of just 33847. Air suspension has been fitted to the rear. There is an alarm and immobiliser.
