We present for sale this 2002 Autosleeper Pollensa 4 berth motorhome with 4 travelling belts. This motorhome is a credit to it's fastidious owners. It is in fantastic condition throughout and has done just 24153 miles.
The layout is the popular end kitchen layout with the washroom being in the offside rear quarter of the vehicle. This then provides space for a long sofa on the nearside of the vehicle and two small sofas to face the dining table. The forward facing sofa has two 3-point seat belts. A dining table clips to the side of the van and gives dining space for four. The main sleeping area is easily assembled by sliding out the metal frames and assembling the cushions to make a bed with a decent flat surface. It can be used as two singles or a good size double. A further double bed can be found above the drivers cab and is accessed by a ladder. This bed has a travelling position which gives clear acces to the rear of the van for driver and passenger. The ladder being neatly stored in a felt bag. In the bathroom we have a Thetford toilet, a hand basin with two taps and a separate shower head. The bathroom is in is in the wet room style with three drainage holes in the base. Again in sparkling condition. In the kitchen we have an immaculately clean cooker with four gas rings a grill and an oven. The sink has a draining board with a matching lift up cover. The owner has made a extension to the worksurface which fits very neatly and gives more worktop space if required. The fridge is a Dometic three-way with small ice compartment and is exceptionally clean. The carpets, curtains and fabirics are comparible with new condition. The original crockery and cutlery sets are included and are virtually unused.
The bodywork of this motorhome is again in exceptional condition it has been well cleaned and polished and the roof is a shiny as the rest of the body, see photo! The checker plate box mounted on the rear T-bar has been used to separate out any items that may get muddy for example ramps et cetera. A tow bar is fitted and the tow ball will be given to the new owner.
Based on the Peugeot Boxer 320 HDi MWB with 2800 cc diesel engine and 5 speed gearbox. The cam belt was replaced in 2017, it has a good service history mostly done in garages or dealerships with some self servicing also recorded properly. The tyres were replaced in 2015 at 20000 miles. Serviced and a fresh MOT done in April 2019 at 23925 miles. A habitation check was carried out in March 2019 and the comment made was "no high readings at all very dry camper".
