A delightful AUTOHOMES AVALON campervan, on a Talbot Express 2.0 Petrol engine, very low mileage of just 59,439 miles, first registered 17th September 1991 and 6 previous keepers. Not many service documents are available as lost by a previous owner, but a lot of old MOT's are in the van. The current MOT runs through to 10th May 2022 and has no advisories. This van would make a great first dip into going campervanning.

Open the side sliding door to enter and you are in the lounge and dining area, with a forward facing seat and a side sofa, there are two dining tables included that store away when not in use. The two front seats swivel to face the habitation area, there are upper windows that open to supply fresh air and natural daylight. This area converts to two single beds or a larger double bed.

Above the cab is a small bed that could possibly take two children or one adult, it also acts as a great storage area.

The kitchen has a two gas burner hob, a gas oven and grill combo unit, a large sink with draining board and mixer tap, plus an Electrolux 3-way powered fridge with ice-box. There are upper lockers and lower cabinets to store away all your holiday provisions.

Located in the rear of the van is the washroom, with a privacy door, it has a Thetford cassette toilet, pull down washbasin with mixer tap, shower tray, a wardrobe with hanging rail and a bottom locker that houses the gas bottle.

A few issues listed here, nothing that cannot be sorted out, the price of the van has been reduced by £1000 to allow for the additional work to be carried out;

- The Carver Cascade water heater and Carver gas powered blown-air central heating unit both need attention / refurbishment.

- The Fridge IS working on 12v and 230v but not on gas, so the fridge will require a service, not a problem if you just plan to use mains hook-up.

- The electric flush on the toilet isn't currently working, the kitchen tap will need replacing as it won't turn off but you can control the water using the pump on / off switch.

Outside you have double rear doors, 230v mains inlet socket, the water tank inlet, a rear step to aid access, a step by the passenger door to aid access, four very good tyres plus a spare wheel located under the bonnet with an unused new tyre on it. There was no water ingress found, everything is nice and dry.

GVW is 2600Kg, Length 4.83m, Width 2.30m, Height 2.60m. This campervan can be driven by anyone of any age on a normal full UK driving licence.
