AUTOCRUISE MARLIN, 2002, 2 Berth and on a Renault Master 2.5 TDI dCi 120 with just 30,620 miles on the clock. One owner from new and in very good condition for the age, good service history and the cam belt has been changed in August 2014, the tyres are in very good condition with plenty of tread. The MOT runs through to 31st May 2019, at the vehicle asking price a new MOT will be placed on the vehicle.
All the appliances have been checked by an engineer and the certificate will come with the van. A new nearside lounge window was fitted due to the original suffering damage, it's slightly darker than the others but does not affect the motorhome in any way.
Step inside and the lounge and dining area is to your left, with two parallel sofas that will pull together to make up a large double bed. There is a large folding dining table that stores away when not in use, plenty of under seat and upper aircraft style lockers for storage plus a large sunroof that floods the lounge with natural daylight.
The kitchen is one of the largest I've seen, on one side you have a four gas burner hob with glass lid and a gas grill fitted beneath, large counter top area to the left and a three-way powered fridge with freezer box to the right. The opposite side has the stainless steel sink with glass lid and a mixer tap, a gas oven is fitted beneath and again there is large counter space with an in-built bin. Plenty of cupboards are available to store away your holiday provisions.
The very large rear washroom has a luxurious separate shower cubicle with perspex folding doors, down-lighters and a rising rail with shower head. A good sized washbasin with mixer tap plus a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush. There is a His and Hers wardrobe with hanging rail, one of them has three drawers beneath.
There is wood effect flooring, Truma gas and electric blown air central heating and hot water heating, wind-up sunroof, blackout blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door, plus privacy curtains to the cab area.
The cab area has a passenger side swivelling seat, JVC CD Tuner with iPod connection, reversing camera monitor, electric windows, mirrors and central locking, plus a Strike Back Alarm is fitted.
Outside you have a THULE wind-out sun canopy, reversing camera, roof mounted TV aerial, gas locker with propane bottle provided, locker that provides access to the near side under seat storage area, a further storage locker with shelving, four good tyres and the spare is mounted in an enclosure at the back of the van.
GVW is 3900Kg, however this could be reduced by SV-TEC to 3500Kg allowing anyone of any age to drive the vehicle on a normal full UK driving licence. It's mainly a paperwork exercise and costs around £120 plus VAT, details on request. Reducing to 3500Kg would still give a payload of around 500Kg, more than enough.
