This ever popular Rear Lounge model of the Auto-Trail Apache 700 Hi-Line, built on a Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.3 TD engine in the 150 BHP form with the Comformatic 6 speed automatic gearbox. Registered in 03/13 and with only 9265 miles from new it has only had two owners. It has had two mechanical services & the last habitation check 06/19. The Cab benefits from: Air Conditioning; Cruise Control; Electric Windows Front; Electric & Heated Mirrors; Remis Blinds to the front & side windows; Media centre incorporating CD player, Radio, Navigation, & reversing camera screen. The front seats both have arm rests and the passenger one can rotate to face the rear while relaxing.

We enter the motorhome on the passenger side via an electric step with the kitchen immediately on your left , it consists of a dual fuel hob that has three gas burners and an electric hotplate that will use the electric when plugged into the mains at the camp site, an oval sink & drainer in a matt finish that has a chrome mixer tap, a full gas oven and grill plus there is a microwave built-in above. There is ample drawer & cupboard space for all your kitchen utensils. Under the counter is a Dometic absorber fridge with freezer box that can be powered by 240v; 12v or gas depending on whether you are on site or wild camping.

Immediately opposite is the Dinette which consists of two opposing sofas the front facing seats have lap & diagonal belts for travelling passengers. There is a fixed table which you can easily seat 4 people round for dinner. This area then drops down to make a small double.

Over the cab is a large full width double bed that is accessed by the use of a ladder. When not in use the base pushes forward to make access into the cab easy.

Moving rear there is a large hanging wardrobe with the Truma heater below & opposite a large bathroom which consists of a built-in washbasin with chrome mixer tap, a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with fresh water flush, plus a good sized separate shower cubicle with folding Perspex doors to enclose.

The massive lounge is situated to the rear of the motorhome and has sofas in a u shape with a large sunroof and windows all around which floods the area with natural light. The table neatly folds away into the wardrobe for travelling.

The main double bed is made up from the rear lounge area by pulling out a slatted section from the rear & the mattress being made up from the sofa cushions. Once up it really is a big bed.

Hot water & heating by Truma system.
