The Auto-Sleeper Lancashire is a lovely compact motorhome that is perfect for a couple or single person looking to try motorhomes for the first time or looking to downsize. This type of motorhome is perfect for the small roads of the UK, particularly if you are looking to travel round Scotland or down to Cornwall. The Lancashire has a very similar layout to the extremely popular Neuvo with a front lounge area that coverts to a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen and washroom at the rear. The compact size means that is really easy to drive and fits nicely on a standard driveway or parking space yet still giving you plenty of room in the motorhome to relax. This particular van is presented in good condition for its age, has been well maintained (including a new cambelt in 2020) and has a current habitation check showing the van is nice a dry.

The price has been reduced for a quick sale - no offers on this motorhome will be accepted.

The Lancashire is built on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis and has an economical 2 litre engine with 5 speed manual gear box. The motorhome is fun and easy to drive and has a very good service history including a new cambelt in 2020.

The layout is excellent for a small motorhome with a spacious lounge/sleeping area at the front and end kitchen and washroom at the back. At the front the lounge is made up of two side sofas and the front two seats that both swivel round. There is also a cleverly stored self standing table that can be placed in the centre to create an ideal place to enjoy a meal or snack. The Lancashire has a well equipped kitchen which includes an oven, grill, gas hob with 4 gas burners, sink with mixer tap and 3-way fridge with ice compartment.

The motorhome is extremely comfortable to sleep in with the two side sofas easily folding down to make a large double bed. It is possible to use these sofas as two single beds by turning the front seats around. There is a decent sized washroom at the the back with flush cassette toilet and sink. The motorhome does have a shower but it is not used by the current owners as one of the drain holes needs a simple repair. They have never wanted to use the shower so was not an issue but can easily be done. Heating and hot water are provided by a Truma boiler.

Externally the Lancashire is in nice condition for its age. There are a couple of minor marks which are consistent with age. It comes with a rail you can connect an awning too - which the owners have available to purchase separately - and a bike rack.

In summary this is a really nice compact motorhome and is absolutely ideal for anyone looking to spend time away and would be perfect for the small roads of the UK.
