berth, either 2 singles or a nice large double, with 2 travelling belts model.
It has the kitchen situated at the rear of the habitation area. The hob is the
standard 3 gas rings and a 240V electric ring, with an oven and grill beneath.
The kitchen area also includes a microwave oven, fridge with freezer box and
plenty of storage.
Next we
have the washroom area, featuring toilet, hand basin and shower. The shower
area features an innovative semi-rotating wall, which combined with another
pull across door gives total privacy.
Next the
lounge area, which features two spacious bench seats which can be used as two
single berth beds or easily and quickly converted to a full width double bed.
Here there is a TV bracket for the new owner to fit a television of their
choice, which works using the multi-directional TV aerial. Further storage here
as well. The driver and passenger seats both swivel to provide further lounge
seating.
This
vehicle has an enhanced specification as the owners from new had the premium
and winter packs as options. This gives this excellent motorhome a lot more
comforts, including cab area air conditioning, habitation area air
conditioning, cruise control, reversing camera, satellite navigation, leather
steering wheel, and 80W solar panel, cab blinds, water tank heater blanket,
Truma heater upgrade, wheel arch insulation blankets, alloy wheels, Thule
Omnistor canopy awning. It also comes with a rear bike rack.
For
security the motorhome comes with a Thatcham approved Trackstar tracker, and a Sigma
Thatcham 1 alarm. There is also a lockable safe.
A full
service history has been maintained by the current owners.
There is
still 2 years left on the water ingress warranty, and the MOT runs until
January 2022.
The owners had a habitation check carried out by the main dealer in December 2020 with no issues.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
