Take a look at this fantastic family motorhome from the Adria group of companies, complete with several extra items of useful equipment included in the sale.
The habitation door is set on the offside. On entering there
is a storage cupboard immediately to your left with a TV bracket set above it. Next comes a practical bathroom with a screen
to separate the shower and then a large double bed at the rear over the garage. There are overhead lockers in this area. The steps up to the bed also act as storage
boxes.
Coming forward along the nearside is a slim wardrobe with
the tv aerial mechanism contained within it and drawer space then a large
fridge and separate freezer with a microwave above concealed in a locker.
The L-shaped kitchen area has a 3-burner hob with oven and
grill below, a sink and plenty of cupboards and drawers above and below.
The spacious dining area is made with a forward facing double
seat with 2 seatbelts, the two front seats which can be swivelled, and a side
facing settee behind the drivers seat. There
is a table which can easily be extended and the upholstery is part brown leather.
This area can be made up into another double bed if required. There are skylights which allow plenty of
light in and all the windows have blinds and fly screens. The cab also has integral blinds.
Above the dining area lives the third double bed. It can be lowered from the ceiling manually and
is accessed by a ladder.
Externally there is a wind out awning, 4 bike rack and
reversing camera, aerial on the roof, external gas and electric points and
doors on either side to the large rear garage. There are 5 recent Michelin
winter tyres fitted.
Also included in the sale are an air-filled awning which
attaches to the side of the van complete with groundsheets, a thermal external
windscreen cover, a 5 tonne trolley jack, a full sized spare wheel, levelling
ramps and various extra locks along with a Thatcham approved steering wheel disc
lock .
This lovely motorhome is also fully winterised, fitted with
cruise control and is Euro 6 compliant.
PLEASE NOTE that the first owner had the weight
upgraded to 3700Kg from the original 3500Kg weight. Whilst this allows greater loads to be
carried and decreases the road tax, it also means that you need the appropriate
licence to drive it.
Also, it is currently registered on a private number plate
which is NOT included in the sale.
There are currently some warning stickers on the exterior of the van which had to be applied to use it abroad recently. These are visible on the photographs but will be completely removed for the sale.
