The Ace Milano is coach built on a Fiat chassis which is a 2.2 Ltr Turbo Diesel 100BHP model with a manual 5 speed gearbox. It has only had two owners from new and just covered 14,171 miles, there is an abundance of service history with 7 stamps in the service book the majority of which are Fiat main dealer. The last habitation check was in 7/2016 when the current owner purchased it from Dolphin.
This compact motorhome certainly packs a lot in for its size at 6.32m. We enter the motorhome at the rear of the passenger side via an electric step, immediately on the right is the kitchen area which consists of a 4 ring black enamel hob, 3 gas burners and one 240v hot plate that can be used when plugged into the mains on site. Underneath is a full size oven and grill. The sink is a round brushed metal finish with a chrome mixer tap, below a Dometic 3 way absorber fridge that will run on 12v; 240v or gas depending whether you are plugged into the mains or wild camping.
The bathroom consists of a Thetford fresh water flush toilette with a swivel top, there is an off white sink with chrome mixer tap, the toilet area can be separated from the shower by a cleverly designed folding wall and a perspex partition.
moving forward there is a hanging wardrobe with the Truma Ultraheat Heater below, hot water is supplied by Truma Ultrastore Rapide, both can be powered by Gas & Electric depending whether you are on site or not.
The Dinette in the centre of the vehicle consists of 2 small sofas for four, fore and aft, facing seats the rear of the two having 2 x 3 point seat belts for additional passengers. There is also a fixed table that drops down to make this area into a double bed. On the opposite side there is also a longitudinal sofa that can also be used as an additional single bunk or to make a king size bed along with the dinette. To the left of the sofa there is some addition cupboard space with a TV Point above and overhead a Vison Plus Status Aerial with signal booster. There are ample ovehead aircraft style lockers throughout the motorhome.
Over the front cab there is also a large double that folds up out of the way while travelling. This is accessed in the down position by the use of a ladder. The cab has a good level of equipment with; central locking; electric front windows; electric mirrors, Blaupunkt Head unit, Remis Blinds front & side, & a rear view screen.
To the exterior Near side; A Fiamma Awning with additional awning Sides; under sofa storage access locker, Gas locker; habitation door security lock. to the Drivers Side; Thetford Cassette locker, Electric hook up point; Truma exhaust; fresh water fill point. To the Rear; Fiamma 2 x Bike Rack; Twin Lens rear view camera.
