Vehicle Description

Conversion meticulously completed May 2021 by seller (apart from external graphics which were professionally fitted).

Reclassified as Motor Caravan with DVLA. FULL Service History from new. No MOT failures or advisories.

• Timing belt, water pump and alternator drive belt replaced at 67,468 miles (Feb 2022)

Insulation / sound proofing:

• Aluminium vapour control barrier installed across all the insulation with aluminium taped seams

• Water via submersible pump in one of two plastic containers below sink/hob unit
• Dometic CRX50 fridge with freezer compartment automatically switches off before leisure batteries are drained (never been near this situation)

• Waste water from the sink drains out of the van into a container placed near the exhaust pipe on the driver’s side (container included)
