Layout is full rear washroom, nearside kitchen, offside large single bench seat, which makes up the double berth without loosing access to the washroom, which has a partitional shower cubicle, wash basin, Thetford electric flush toilet and half length wardrobe.
The kitchen in particular is impressive with a oven/grill combo, 4 gas burners, stainless sink and a 3 way Thetford fridge freezer abundant storage both high and low.
Hot water is provided by a Truma boiler fuelled by both gas and electric, whilst the habitation has a separate Truma heater that is gas only. However to save gas when hooked up a standard 2KW fan heater will have it warm and toasty in no time at all.
Condition inside and out is very good with no knocks or scrapes of any note and it will come with an MB&G Hab/Cab warranty.
