Chausson make lovely motorhomes and this Welcome 630 is no exception. At around 7m in length it has a large garage at the rear, accessed through a nearside ski locker door, offside garage door or rear garage door.
Internally we'll start at the rear with full width washroom with self contained shower unit, sink, vanity unit and thetford w.c. Rear mirrored doors open to provide a large wardrobe space Moving forward we have a kitchen with adequate preparation space, gas hob and sink over an oven and combined grill. Opposite this kitchen area is the large fridge with separate freezer. In the locker above is the 15" TV attached to a multi directional stand and benefits from a new aerial and booster pack and an external aerial point.
Next comes the dinette/lounge area with electric raise/lower folding table. Furnishings are in cream leather and fabric and with the two front seats turning to face the rest of the habitation space there is seating for around 6 people. Within the two bench seats are the two forward facing seats which can be raised to provide extra travelling seats. By lowering the table and using the two large extra cushions a double bed can be formed quickly and easily. Above this are are the two electrically lowered single beds which can be used in conjunction with the supplied ladder or lowered to allow easy access from the habitation floor.
The cab has all the usual Fiat refinements with the 6 speed manual box coupled to the 2.3 litre Ducato engine, Remis style blinds provide total privacy in the cab and externally there is a large Fiamma awning, spare wheel, additional 240v socket and as previously mentioned the three doors to access the large garage.
The vehicle comes with a full habitation and engine service history and a new cambelt and water pump. In addition to the alarm and immobiliser a Cobra Tracker plus is fitted. The vehicle has a weight of 3,500kg so can be driven on a car licence.
