It has a 2.3L diesel engine with a 6 speed manual gearbox and has covered just 79,921 miles from new, it is 6.2 M in length and at 3500 Kg can be driven on a standard licence.

As you enter the van you will see the kitchen area with a two burner hob and integral sink, under the solid Beech worktop there is good storage which also accommodates the undercounter fridge and the fresh water waste tank and gas cylinder for the hob.
Above the kitchen area is further storage with remote controlled LED colour changing strip lights, to the left is a further storage cupboard with a beech worktop and above a thermal curtain to close of the cab area of an evening. This area also has the benefit of a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and carbon monoxide detector.
To the right of the kitchen area we have a single padded set with further storage below and opposite a second bench seat with slide out Thetford porta potti, to the vans centre, below the bed we have 3 further good sized drawers and above a pull out extendable table. To the side of this is the vans control panels and diesel heater control.
To the rear of the van we have a raised bed area to create a large garage space below, the bed area is complete with full sized double memory foam mattress, premium thermal curtains to the beds rear and over the side window and further bed storage options including a large storage cabinet.
Underneath the bed area is a good sized garage space containing the diesel heater with dedicated fuel tank, 2 x 110 A/h AGM leisure batteries, ( backed up by a 175 W solar panel on the roof) and the consumer electronics.
In the cab area we have a rear reversing camera, radio with CD player, power steering, electric windows and a 12V power pointand a drop down centre seat that can be used as a table, this area can also be converted to a single bed if required.
Finally to the vans exterior we have electric hookup point, 2 cycle bike rack, 175W solar panel, rear reversing camera, a C rail for the addition of an awning if required and exterior adventure graphics.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
