In outstanding condition for this age and mileage, a testament to Autosleeper build quality and careful owners, this attractive and very clean Trident has a wonderfully light interior, great specification and good history. The Trident is the benchmark VW based hightop camper, offering carefully planned accommodation and storage, an excellent kitchen, diesel heating and quality fixtures and fittings. Its no surprise then, that the condition of this example belies the mileage. It is exceptionally clean and has a wealth of history available, including clutch, shock absorbers, brakes etc.
Onboard faclities include fresh and waste water tanks, cold water system, two burner gas hob, three way fridge, 230v electrics and charger, 12v control panel and Eberspacher diesel heating. The rear bed is comfortable and quick to make up, all habition windows have fitted blinds. Bodywork is lined to a high standard with lots of storage present and there is plenty of headroom too.
The 5 cylinder 2.5 turbodiesel engine is married to a six speed gearbox, making the Trident an effortless cruiser. The original radio has been upgraded in 2025 for a multimedia head unith with Android Auto and Apple Carplay, plus a dashboard trip kit and side window deflectors have been fitted.
Outside, the bodywork is in silver with colour coordinated bumpers. Reversing sensors are present, along with a towbar, used only as a bike rack mount. A roll out sun canopy awning is fitted and an aftermarket enclosure for the rear door is available.
