Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 litre Multijet diesel engine giving 160 BHP with the 9 speed ZF automatic gearbox.With only 1 owner from new this vehicle has only covered 25000 miles and been maintained by Fiat Main dealer. We enter the motorhome on the drivers side immediately to the right of the habitation door is a small two seater sofa, opposite is the dinette with an L shaped sofa, the forward facing seats have 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal seats belts for travelling passengers. There is a central table that has an extendible leaf in the middle. The front two seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 7 around the table while entertaining on site.
At night the table can be dropped down and a single bed can be made with some infill cushions.
There is a TV point with large 32” Flatscreen Smart TV with surround sound + subwoofer to the left of the habitation door.
The second large double bed manually drops down from above the Cab giving a Queen sized area that is accessed by hopping up on the sofa.
Moving rear is the Kitchen with mineral work surface with integral sink & drainer & chrome mixer tap. There is Thetford 3 burner gas hob in a high gloss black finish with extractor above. Opposite is a Tec tower, oven and grill above a large fully automatic Dometic fridge with separate freezer box, this can be powered automatically on 240v;12v or gas depending if you are wild camping or plugged in on site. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space above and below for all your holiday provisions. UV Water filter for drinking water straight from the tap.
Moving rear again is the premium bathroom that can be split front and rear giving a large private space for dressing. The toilet on the passenger side can be shut off separately and contains a Thetford fresh water flush cassette style toilet with ceramic insert + SOG extractor. Above is the mineral sink unit with chrome mixer tap. The bathroom is well lit and benefits from cupboard space and dual aspect mirrors.
On the opposite side is a full sized shower cubicle with Perspex doors to close.
Finally to the rear is the main bedroom which is a twin singles layout with central infill to make Emperor size. There is a TV point with flat screen Avtex Tv with sound bar at the foot of the bed and clever hanging clothes storage.The bed is accessed by two fixed steps that also have storage below the step.
Heating and hot water is supplied by Alde heating system + Alde Flow to give continuous hot water. This accompanied by twin floor construction gives excellent thermal qualities in cold conditions.
