These ‘family friendly’ motorhomes are tough to beat and were award winning when launched.
Starting at the rear, we have a very comfortable, high, full width, fixed traverse double bed, with good lighting and storage above. The bed has a retractable stowaway mini-ladder and its height also provides us with impressive garage space below.
Moving up on the driver’s side there’s a proper segregated wash room – on one side we have the family toilet with wash hand basin, mirror and vanity units and the other a separate shower, complete with a solid privacy partition door. Adjacent to this is a good size three quarter height 2 door wardrobe for hanging clothes and storing footwear. There is a Trumatic gas fire directly below this wardrobe.
On the opposite side, is the kitchen with triangular space saving wash hand basin, hot and cold water tap, oven, grill and a 3 gas hob making for a good practical arrangement. Additionally, there is a 3 way fridge/freezer, with window and storage above and below.
Moving on up to the lounge/dining area, we have 2 double comfortable bench seats. The one on the driver’s side is front facing, with 2 full seat belts and removable table, the whole area converts to a large double bed. Then we have a nice clean Ford cab, with swivel captain chairs, facing into the lounge/dining area. This creates a very ambient social area for all the family. A wall mounted flat screen TV provides entertainment for all.
Completing the berths, we have a large over cab double bunk bed with ceiling reading lights. This area is accessible with the stowable access ladder.
The motorhome comes with twin Gas bottles, a Trumatic Fire and a thermostatically controlled, blown air heating system.
Externally, there is a ‘wind out’ canopy to enjoy on those warm summer days.
All in all, a great motorhome that represents excellent value for money.
