- The washroom has a shower tray, shower handset & curtain. The wash basin pulls down and has a mixer tap, mirrored cabinet plus Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush.
- The upholstery & carpets are in good condition for its age.
- Exterior in generally good condition – there is some bubbling around some of the drivers side windows. Upper High top long windows are crazed & cracked with age.
