2012 Hillside Leisure Ellastone 4 Berth Pop Top campervan. Packed with many additional features not generally found on most campers make this high quality conversion great value for money.
Specified with the optional Sport Pack that encompasses everything from metallic paint to a 115bhp engine upgrade and alloy wheels to lots of extra goodies in the cab from air conditioning to a stereo with steering wheel controls to TomTom satellite navigation and Reverse Camera. In addition to the usual features of a Pop top camper this quality Hillside Leisure conversion gives you an underslung water tank and electric water heater, plus an ‘activity shower’ attachment for hosing dogs and wellies down outside the vehicle.

Inside, the Ellastone follows the familiar layout
of a rear seat bench adjacent to an offside kitchen. An occasional table can
easily be added in front of the rear seats to create a lounge that seats three
people when the front passenger seat is spun to face backwards. There is an Avtex TV/DVD fitted on a fully adjustable TV Bracket with TV Aerial and Signal Booster, something not often found on a pop top van conversion.
At night, the rear seats convert
into a spacious lie-flat double bed. The process follows the
standard rock’n’roll bed deployment, and is achievable in a matter of seconds. A
further two berths, are available in the elevating roof.
The Ellastone’s galley Kitchen comprises a 12v 40-litre top opening compressor fridge, a two burner gas hob, Gas Grill, sink with hot and cold running water. There is foldup worktop extension behind the drivers seat and plenty of storage cupboards under under the worktop as well as under the rear seat and a wardrobe to the rear.
Hillside’s conversion work certainly complements all of this. Build quality is sturdy and there’s an insistence on only using main parts of a proven, superior nature. Hence items like the SCA elevating roof, Eberspacher heating and an RIB rear seat
