- A good opportunity to own this very well priced 6 berth family motorhome with 6 travelling seats. A 2007 CI Carioca 656, on a Fiat Ducato 2.3 TDI 110BHP engine & 5 speed gearbox. Mileage just 36,645 miles, first registered 6^th July 2007 & 2 previous owners. Some service history, MOT to 4^th January 2025, some advisories, nothing major.

- A full habitation service was carried out on 4^th April 2024, no damp & all readings below 10%! A couple of things to note, see below. The full NCC / AWS paperwork will be supplied with the motorhome & can be viewed in the additional photos.

- Enter the van & you have the front lounge & dining area to your left, there are two forward facing seats with 3-point seatbelts & two rear facing seats with lap belts, plus a large dining table. This area converts to a double bed in the evening, there are upper aircraft style storage lockers and under seat storage available.

- At the rear of this family motorhome are two fixed transverse bunk beds, the bottom bunk raises to allow for a garage style storage area whilst travelling. There’s an aluminium ladder to access the top bunk, privacy curtains & reading lights.

- The large over-cab double bed is accessed by an aluminium ladder, with a side window, privacy curtains & reading light.

- The kitchen is well specified with a large stainless steel sink & chrome mixer tap, the hob has 4 gas burners with glass lid, gas grill beneath, Dometic fridge with freezer that works on 12v & electric, plus upper lockers & lower cabinets to store-away all your holiday provisions. A microwave could be fitted in a cabinet above the lounge.

- The washroom has a shower tray, a built-in washbasin with chrome mixer tap, mirror above and cabinet below, separate shower cubicle with folding perspex doors, plus a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush.

- Truma blown-air central heating & hot water on gas, wood effect flooring, black-out blinds & fly-screens throughout. A large wardrobe with hanging rail & cabinet beneath, all lights are LED.

- The cab has a JVC CD Tuner that might need a new fuse, reversing camera monitor, alarm system, 2 sets of keys, plus leisure battery isolator switch.

- Outside: 2 large rear doors to access a garage style storage area (with bottom bunk raised), gas locker with 2 bottles, 4 new tyres fitted 2021, Fiamma sun canopy & bike rack for 2 bikes, TV aerial, reversing camera, onboard fresh & grey water tanks.

- Requiring attention; Side skirts lacquer is peeling, near-side rear bumper cracked, new grill door required but not necessary for use, fridge not working on gas, over-cab side window blind faulty, would benefit a new mechanical service, JVC CD Tuner needs looking at, possible blown fuse.

- GVW 3500Kg, Length 6.55m, Width 2.31m, Height 3.20m. (all approx.)

- This motorhome can be driven by anyone of any age on a normal full UK driving licence.
