Motorhome Depot Nottingham are delighted to present this AUTOMATIC 2017 Adria Matrix 670 SLT PLUS motorhome, offering the luxury of 5 berths, including the very popular layout of 2 single beds to the rear, full-width washroom, and an electric drop-down double bed over the cab.
The layout optimises the
space with a contemporary interior design which is light, airy and
well-proportioned. Furnished in neutral colours with light oak cupboards,
giving the motorhome that clean, crisp modern look and the accommodation also
benefits from 2 large skylights providing increased levels of natural light and
reducing the overall reliance on artificial lighting.
Starting at the front you will find the L-shaped
dinette area which provides two additional forward-facing 3-point travelling
seats and an additional single rear-facing seat which is cleverly concealed
beneath the side bench. Together with the two swivel Captain seats and
multi-positional table, this makes an ideal dining and lounging area to comfortably
seat 6 and which can also be easily converted to a single bed at nighttime.
Above the dinette is the electrically operated
double bed which is easily accessed by a ladder.
The fully functional well-appointed bright mid kitchen has a 3-ring
gas hob, sink with hot and cold mixer tap, combined oven and grill, microwave,
and large fridge with separate freezer and has ample surrounding storage space.
To the rear, you will find the twin single fixed beds which are
set in front of the full-width washroom, with the ability to screen the whole area
off from the front of the van to create a private en-suite.
Both beds are sat above a slatted base which has a hinged
section creating a raised head position which is ideal for reading a book or relaxing
whilst enjoying that first morning coffee.
The spacious full-width washroom provides a separate
shower cubicle, Thetford cassette toilet and vanity hand wash basin. The wardrobe
is also located in the washroom behind a fabulously large mirror making this
into a great changing room.
With two owners from new and low mileage at just under 14,500 miles the motorhome is built on the Fiat chassis with the 2.3 ltr 130bhp diesel
engine and 6-speed manual gearbox. The motorhome measures approx. 7.5 metres in
length, has a GVW of 3500kg which means it can be driven on a standard UK
driving licence.
The motorhome comes with 5 travelling seatbelts, driver &
passenger airbags, Fiat media pack which includes radio, CD, sat nav, cruise
control and multifunctional steering wheel, cab air con, reversing camera,
front window concertina blinds, solar panel, Truma hot water and heating system,
TV aerial, microwave, carpets, alloy wheels, spare wheel, bike rack for 2 bikes,
roof luggage rack, external ladder, wind out awning, 2 gas bottles and 240v
hook-up cable.
