With a low mileage of just 11,500 miles from new, this spacious feeling motorhome is based on the popular Fiat Ducato chassis and boasts a 2.3 litre, 150BHP, diesel engine with a 6 speed manual gearbox. On the outside, this motorhome boasts a Fiamma awning as well as external BBQ point/shower point and a good sized garage space which would house a variety of things, there is a 2 x bike rack to the rear and a reversing camera.
Step into the motorhome and be greeted with a large living area which includes a large side bench as well as another large L shaped bench (can be adjusted for travelling) which also includes 2 x 3 point travelling seatbelts. The driver and passenger seat also swivel to provide ample seating for you and your guests. The seating space also converts into a large double bed if required. The second sleeping area is above the lounge in the form of a very convenient electric drop-down double bed measuring 6ft2.8” x 4ft7.1”.
Moving onto the kitchen, you will find a 2 x burner gas hob with 1 electric hot plate, oven, grill, microwave, wash basin and a large 3 way fridge freezer. Opposite this is the lovely modern washroom that boasts separate shower enclosure, vanity style hand wash basin and cassette toilet. The rear of the Motorhome accesses the large garage, with two large wardrobes above, one of which is in the washroom. There are easy access steps for the one in the kitchen area, allowing you full access to the space.
The garage itself has doors at both sides and comes with tie-down hooks, 12V and mains sockets, and a spare wheel.
A recent Habitation Service has been conducted and all is shown to be in good order. MOT until November 2024, with timing belt replacement in August 2023. Included in the sale are: 1 x gas bottle, 12v TV/DVD, Hook up cable, Milenco wheel chocks, Steering Wheel Lock, Bulldog Wheel Clamp and Silver screens.
