From one of Germanies finest motorhome builders the Burstner Lyseo TD 744 Harmony Line. This 744 model comes with the sort after rear lounge layout with twin double electric drop down beds front & rear. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 litre multijet turbo diesel engine & comfortmatic 6 speed automatic gearbox. It also benefits from the 150PS engine. 1 owner from new it has covered 9459 miles, 1 mechanical service & early Damp checks at Southdowns in Portsmouth. It is currently booked for a Service & cambelt, plus a new HAB check ready for its new owner. The chassis has been specified to 3850kg GVW which means it requires a C1 licence to drive. We enter the motorhome on the drivers side via an electric step immediately to the right of the habitation door is a single seat & opposite is the dinette with L shaped sofa. The forward facing rear seats double as 2 travelling seats and as such have 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal seat belts. The front 2 seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 6 people around the table if entertaining on site. The table is fixed to the wall & has a extension leaf that rotates from underneath. There is a TV point on the left of the habitation door. Above the dinette is the 2nd of the large double beds this is dropped down electrically and accessed easily by using a ladder that is stored beneath the floor when not in use.
Moving rear is the L Shaped kitchen which consists of a bowl shaped stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap; 3 gas burner hob. Under the counter an oven & hob with plenty of cupboard & drawer space for all holiday provisions; moving rear is a large fully automatic Dometic absorber fridge freezer this can be powered by: 240v; 12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping above this is a microwave.
Opposite is the all in one bathroom, the toilet a Thetford cassette style fresh water flush with a swivel head, above a built in white sink unit with chrome mixer tap. The separate shower cubicle can be separated from the rest of the bathroom with Perspex doors it has a chrome mixer and shower head on a riser.
Moving rear again there is a large hanging wardrobe with a shelf above and drawer below. This drawer doubles as the step to access the main King Size double bed that electrically drops down from above.
Finally the L Shaped rear lounge which is flooded by light from its dual aspect windows. There is a TV point on the forward wall with Flatscreen TV and a coffee table slides out from beneath the sofa.
Heating & hot water are supplied by Truma Combi E boiler that can be powered by Gas and electric. The vehicle benefits from a partial double floor giving excellent thermal qualities.
