Entering the vehicle through the habitation door, you will find a well equipped kitchen across the rear which has a large 3 way fridge, 4 burner gas hob, grill and oven, and a good size sink. Adjacent to the kitchen, the washroom is neatly built into the rear corner and is spacious enough to include a vanity sink, shower and swivel toilet.
Midships you will find the large family wardrobe over the hot water storage and Truma blown air heating system opposite a dresser unit, while forward is the dinette which offers a side settee opposing two benches with a removable table, comfortably seating six or more for a social with the passenger seat swivelled. There are two additional forward facing seatbelts, making 4 in total. This area also makes up a double bed. Above the cab area is another double bed with a side window, also useful for storage of bulky items.
Up front in the cab area specification includes electric windows, central locking and power steering.. All tyres are in very good condition and are under 3 years old, the cam belt was replaced in April 2022. There are some nice touches too including upgraded digital aerial and room extractor.
This vehicle is in fine condition and will stand up to any inspection against a comparable model. It has just had a full mechanical service including all filters, comes with MOT until February 2025, habitation service and 2 sets of keys.
