Broker's Comments

This 4-berth 2013 Hobby Premium Drive 70 HGE has two fixed rear beds and an electric drop down bed over the dinette. This layout enables a large garage storage space in order to carry plenty of equipment, accessible from doors on both sides of the vehicle. In front of the single beds there is a shower cubicle on one side and the WC plus wash basin on the other side, with a door that can be opened to enclose the sleeping and washing space, effectively an en-suite. Further forward there is a kitchen with hob, sink, plenty of storage and a slimline Dometic fridge with freezer opposite. The social space is located towards the front and comprises two belted forward facing seats, a side seat, an extendable table and then the two cab seats that swivel to face backwards. Above this area is the electric drop down double bed.

There are a few nice features built-in such as pelmet lighting, a drinks cabinet, useful under bed shoe shelving and hanging rails, and the specification also includes climate control cab air conditioning, cruise control, a 6-speed gearbox, twin rear cameras, two Varta LFD 90 leisure batteries, two 100w solar panels, tow bar, a Gaslow refillable 11kg cylinder, a TV with Snipe Pro Max satellite dish, and an Omnistor awning. The current owner has also added a spare wheel to the vehicle.

Length: 7.44m; Width: 2.34m; Height: 2.37m

The doors to the garage measure the same on both sides: 75cm high and 78cm wide. The garage is full width and 90cm high and 107cm wide plus there are three shelves each side and they are a further 22cm deep (not included in the 107cm above). There are also cargo rails with moveable rings top and bottom at the rear and on the bottom at the front of the garage.

Maintained in good order generally, the vehicle had an engine service in February this year. It has striking looks, with the dark gloss black exterior panels and windows, making it stand out from the crowd.

Please call for access to two videos showing the vehicle in more detail. It is kept at the owners home and available for viewing by appointment with us in Sunbury-on-Thames.

The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
