Built on the ever-popular Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.3L Multijet 150 BHP engine and Comformatic automatic gearbox, it has covered only 23,500 miles and has had just three owners from new. This is a compact motorhome packed with high-spec features and versatile accommodation for four.
The cab comes well equipped with power steering, air conditioning, electric windows, electrically adjustable and heated mirrors, cruise control, traction control plus, hill descent, TomTom navigation, Bluetooth, multifunction steering wheel, reverse camera, and Remis blinds to the front and side windows.
Entering via the passenger side habitation door, you’ll find a bright and spacious front dinette with two forward-facing travelling seats (with 3-point seatbelts), a folding table, and a side sofa. The cab seats swivel to create a comfortable lounge area for up to six people. A TV point and Avtex flatscreen TV are mounted beside the habitation door.
The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel sink, chrome mixer tap, oven and grill, 3-burner hob, 12v extractor fan with lighting, ample storage, and a large absorber fridge freezer (12v/240v/gas). A hanging wardrobe with shelving is positioned nearby for additional storage.
Opposite the kitchen is the bathroom, featuring a separate shower cubicle with Perspex doors, Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush, vanity unit with grey sink, chrome mixer tap and mirrored cabinet.
To the rear, the main bedroom features a height adjustable transverse double bed above the garage, which can be raised or lowered electrically to increase garage space when travelling. Access is via two fixed steps or ladder when in the raised position.
Heating and hot water are supplied by a Truma gas and electric combination boiler.
