As you enter the van there is the fully equipped kitchen area comprising of a large fridge with freezer compartment, 3 ring gas hob, oven, sink with mixer tap and plenty of storage space for all your kitchen essentials.
To the right is the dining area with a forward facing bench seat, a single side facing seat and a large table. The bench seat has 2 seat belts. The 2 front captain seats swivel to create a comfortable entertaining space for families and friends. There are storage lockers above, a large skylight above the cab that floods the van with natural light.
To the left of the kitchen you will find the spacious washroom with hand basin/vanity unit, shower, mirror and cassette toilet.
At the rear of the motorhome is the bedroom featuring the Island bed, wardrobe to the left and cupboard with shelves to the right. There is a skylight above and windows either side.
The cab has privacy blinds to the side windows and windscreen, 6 speed gearbox, radio, reversing camera, a security safe for documents/laptops etc and air conditioning.
All windows have fly screen/blinds.
Outside the van there is a wind out canopy, solar panel, BBQ point, Gasflow system with 2 x 11kg bottles and Euro adaptors, alloy wheels, spare wheel and large garage measuring 800mm x 740mm x 2160mm.
The van has had 4 new tyres and Cambelt change in 2024 and has a Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm fitted. AS THIS MOTORHOME WEIGHS 3850KG IT REQUIRES A C1 LICENCE anyone passing their test prior to 1997 should have it as standard.
THE VAN IS LOCATED IN PORTLAND, DORSET.
