Very well maintained, one owner, quality motorhome by Adria with twin large rear single beds and low mileage.
This vehicle is awash with dealer fitted extras, including Pioneer in dash media with camera (always on), 4G WiFi, 100w solar panel, secondary leisure battery, power point in garage, shower point in garage, Cat 6 Vodafone connect and protect tracker, Diamond Brite, Starter pack, front and rear mudflaps, Fiat cup holder, 11kg Gaslow with EU adaptors and change over gauge to 6kg calor, tow bar for a tow car, Oxo puncture control, external gas connection.
Based on the Fiat low line cab, 2.3 litre 130bhp engine and manual box, the cab has the above media centre with satnav, DAB radio and bluetooth, cruise control and Remis style blinds for total privacy. The front mirrors have protection units fitted to them. Both front seats swivel to join the saloon/dinette area made up of a forward facing bench with 2 seatbelts, and side facing benches around a large moveable table.
Behind the saloon area is the kitchen with multiple drawers and lockers, a sink unit, a 3 ring gas hob and opposite a large fridge with freezer compartment.
Towards the rear is a self contained shower cubicle and opposite is a roomy washroom with Thetford w.c. and washbasin with mirror and vanity unit.
And so to the rear - a step up to two large single beds, one on either side of the habitation and over two large storage areas. A large matching mattress placed between the single beds creates a small bed for a child and with an additional mattress cushion and the in place extendable board a very large double bed can be created.
The beds sit atop the very large garage accessed outside by a large door on either side of the vehicle. The garage contains 2 lights, a shower unit and 3 pin power point. The gas locker has the 11kg Gaslow system and 6kg calor gas bottle. Going around the vehicle, power point, electric pump point, external gas BBQ point as well as power hook up, water filling point. There are new and unused carpets with the vehicle. A near full length Omnistor wind out canopy is attached. Evidence of the regular annual Habitation reports can be made available at the viewing stage.
