I live in Wales and didn’t want to have to travel the long distance to pick the motorhome up so I was relying on Mark’s description and honesty regarding the vehicle. He sent me around 100 photos and a comprehensive video which helped me decide this was the right vehicle for me and my family. Mark suggested that as I was buying long distance without seeing the motorhome in the flesh that I got a habitation check carried out on the vehicle before purchasing it and he arranged this for me. Mark was truly exceptional. I found Motorhome Depot via an internet search, after a property I was trying to purchase was undervalued and I needed to unfortunately sell my beloved motorhome to free up some of my money. After initially advertising the motorhome online myself I was inundated by scammers. Mark from Motorhome Depot impressed me with his level of knowledge.

It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since, they had a detailed understanding of my motorhome and knew how best to put it up for sale, screening and vetting buyers and avoiding the scammers.

Mark responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, he would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later.

He updated me daily, he knew that the purchase of my house, relied upon him selling my motorhome. He would keep me informed on potential buyers, and when a buyer was found that a holding deposit was paid, the date and time of the viewing, and within an hour of the Motorhome being sold, the funds was in my bank account.

I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Mark/Motorhome Depot again.

Furthermore, they also looked after the buyers best interests by ensuring that we had a full habitation & damp check, before they would even place our motorhome on their website. That is why when I buy again, I will be definitely buy off Mark/Motorhome Depot.
