Felt a little dubious about selling our motorhome via an agent. How wrong we was. Mark was so professional he told me what I'd get for our motorhome, saying he would deal with everything with no cost to us "whatsoever. Well he sold it in less than a month cash went in my bank account the day before the vehicle was collected. All went so smoothly I was well impressed so much I'm now asking Mark to look out for another camper van this time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Met Bernie and Arianna from Motorhome Depot and never looked back they bring a Lot to the table when ur selling ur motorhome so professional in there manner, they took over and did everything and guided me thru the sale. "Absolutely brilliant buying experience with Stefan who went the extra mile to ensure that I (a complete newbie to motorhomes) understood every complexity before I drove it away. I was also very lucky to meet the lovely owners who were extremely kind and generous. It's better to see the vehicle in situ than at a garage where you don't know where it's been stored before. I applaud the integrity of the Motorhome deposit system as the vehicle was a long way from my home and they reserved it for me until I viewed it. "Our broker, Giles Usher, was fantastic. He made the entire transaction smooth and accurately depicted the motorhome. Despite the long journey from Sheffield to Portsmouth, I trusted him completely that the motorhome was exactly as described. And indeed, it was in excellent condition, just as he had stated. I also had the opportunity to meet the vendors, who were wonderful people, and it gave us a sense of where the van was coming from.

Giles went above and beyond by picking me up from the train station. He patiently answered all of my questions and dedicated ample time to explaining the van's features. He only left once I was completely satisfied with everything. Additionally, he even assisted with setting up the tax and V5 document. "I won't bore you with details unless you ask, I have been looking for the right motorhome for a while that ticked all of my boxes.

I found it on the Motorhome Depot website and it was located in Gunthorpe, Nottingham.

I Left a message on Thursday evening just after they closed to enquire about it, Jamie called me on Friday morning and gave me the details, I jumped in the car and by midday I had completed my purchase. No pushy sales talk no "special finance offers or GAP insurance BS", no special valeting & coatings or any other add on stuff, they just let me buy the motorhome I wanted the way I wanted and were superb in every aspect to deal with. The most painful thing in the whole purchase was persuading my bank to let me have MY MONEY to pay for it. I'll leave HSBC a separate review for that !

I picked it up on Saturday Lunchtime and drove it home. It's exactly as described in the advert and I had the complete peace of mind you get from a main dealer purchase but without the cost of their overheads.
