Here we have a very nice example of the VW Type 2 Brazilian with one owner from new.
The sliding door is situated behind the drivers’ seat and
opens to reveal the usual arrangement with a rock and roll bed, cooker with
grill below, fridge and large storage box and the gas locker accessed from
above. There is plenty of cupboard space below and a porta potti is concealed
under a seat by the door. Above this in the lifting roof space is a full
bed that has folding panels and can be slid out of the way to allow head room
in day use. There are curtains all round along with cab screens.
There is an extra bench seat with this lovely van that bolts
to the floor in the centre and provides belted seating for 6 people.
The van was factory lowered to accommodate the alloy wheels
and has a factory fitted night heater and skylight/vent.
Both the engine and leisure batteries have been replaced
recently along with a new DAB radio with hands free Bluetooth capability. A
drive-away awning is included too.
