In the rear you will find a nearside sliding door with a double
front facing seat with a further two seatbelts finished in matching bespoke
leather that converts into a rock and roll bed. The elevating roof double bed
has a thick memory foam mattress and reading lamps either side with USB sockets.
The kitchen units are finished in an attractive duck egg blue wood grain with
metallic blue edge banding and gloss white worktops with a metallic blue splash-back.
The kitchen has a double Dometic hob and sink with pumped water from the
onboard water tank, Dometic mini-grill, Dometic CRX50 12V Fridge / Freezer and
cutlery drawer. Overhead units provide
plenty of storage and there is a large storage area below the mini-grill which offers
more storage space and could be utilised for a porta-poti. The control panel, 2
x 240V sockets and 12V socket can be found on the right of the kitchen work-tops.
The kitchen area is lit by overhead strip lighting. The fitted adjustable
temperature night heater will allow all year-round use and can also be used as
a cooling fan for warmer nights. The sliding dining table is large enough for 4
people dining and can be neatly stowed away for travel. The floor is finished
in grey hard wearing Altro flooring with Status 1 removeable carpet included. In
the rear you will find the onboard water tank and gas locker c/w Campingaz 907 cylinder.
The Sargent EC155 split charge Power Supply Unit is fitted in the large rear
cupboard / wardrobe. The gas-powered heating unit can be found under the rear
seats, with the leisure battery fitted neatly under the driver’s seat. Externally on the offside rear wing you will
find the 240V electric hook up and lockable water tank filling cap.
To conclude, this VW Transporter conversion is very well finished throughout and professionally installed by a well-established conversion company, having everything you would need for very comfortable camping for four, anywhere, any time of the year.
