Broker's Comments

Here we have a very practical race van conversion based on a long wheelbase VW Crafter.

There are 3 belted seats in the cab. The double passenger seat can be swivelled to make a dining area. The toilet compartment is immediately behind the drivers seat and contains a shower and a porta-potti.

Next on the offside is the kitchen area with a 3-burner gas hob and sink and a fridge freezer below.

The double bed is over the rear garage and runs front to back with storage cupboards along the length of the bed on the nearside.

By the sliding door is a double rear passenger seat that can be unfolded into a single bed. There are USB charging points throughout and 2 large roofvents allow plenty of daylight in throughout the van.

Behind the rear doors is a large metal sheet-lined garage. It is an ideal size for several cycles or possibly a small kart. The Trauma boiler is housed in a metal cabinet in the garage and there are fastening straps for 2 gas bottles and lighting.

This van can be viewed near BURNLEY. Please contact me , Naomi, to discuss further.

The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
