The 685 Swift Escape is massively popular due to its stylish design and high quality build. It is built on the Fiat Ducato 6 speed 2.3 130 bhp Euro 6 low emission engine, with the Al-Ko chassis - for stability and smoothness. The motorhome only has 4000 miles on the clock and is in fabulous condition throughout. It was last Hab checked on the 24th May 2022, and serviced on 31/8/2021 nevertheless it is booked in for a service and will come with a full MOT.
The 685 has the rear lounge set up - all very roomy and comfortable, with a very quick bed set up, 6ft 4" x 4ft 6". We have 5 over head lockers, large removable table, under seat storage, 3 windows, USB point and 240 socket, skylight and a privacy curtain. A very light and relaxing lounge.
Moving up on the nearside is the kitchen with marble effect sink and mixer tap, 3 burner hob, oven/grill, microwave, extendable work top, good storage and lighting both above and below. The fridge freezer stands opposite, in between the wardrobe and washroom. The washroom has a shower, electric flush toilet, wash basin with mixer tap, and storage below. There is also a mirror, skylight and high storage unit.
The front lounge/dinette offers us 7 separate seats, when the cab seats are swiveled around (side facing double sofa, forward facing double sofa and single side seat), there are 5 belted seats. This will convert into a double bed. There is a further double above with the drop down bed and both beds can be slept in at the same time. There is a robust and removable table and further storage units.
The cab has air con, reversing camera, cruise control, DAB radio MP3 player, USB point, air bags, power windows and mirrors. The motorhome is fitted with blinds and fly screens throughout, cab screen blinds, thermal screens for the side cab windows. We have a bike rack for 2, solar panel, tracker, linked to the Swift Command system which enables some functions to be used remotely via an app, alarm, Truma heating and hot water, (i net system) and dimmable strip lighting. All in all, as good as any used Swift Escape 685 you can possibly find on the market and correctly priced. This motorhome is in the Bedford area.
