three berth, four seat belt motorhome. The low profile is not too intimidating
for newcomers to the world of motorhomes but still provides good interior space
with all the feature you expect in a motorhome. At the rear we have a fixed bed
with plentiful upper cupboards and some handy bedside shelves. Underneath the
bed is a large storage area also accessible through the exterior locker.
Next to the bed is a good size washroom featuring shower with
slide outdoor to separate the toilet and sink. There are mixer taps a towel
ring good shelving space below the sink and a vanity mirror with shelf and
cupboard above, further storage is found on the back of the washroom door.
The main cabin has a sunroof with blackout cover and Heki light
with covers giving plenty of natural light. On one side the central kitchen has
the large fridge with separate freezer with combined grill, oven and a
rotisserie above. On the nearside is the sink next to the three-ring gas hob.
Both with glass covers. Cutlery drawers and good size cupboards are underneath.
A tambour cupboard houses the TV which is included. A Status
aerial is fitted. In the living and dining area the forward-facing seat houses
the 2 x three point seatbelts. The table lowers to form the base of the third
berth. Both driver and passenger seats swivel to the lounge area, both seats
have front and rear height adjustment and adjustable armrests on both.
The base is a Renault Master with 2463cc diesel engine matched
to 6 speed manual gearbox. There is cab air con, electric windows and mirrors. Fresh
MOT’d until September 2023, mileage is 34,314, There is service paperwork for a
couple of years and ample receipts for any works the van has required over the
years. Outside we have a bike rack and a Fiamma F45 awning. Gas bottle x 2
included.
