It has a body kit, alloy wheels and rear spoiler with side bars to give it a subtle sporty look. The engine has been remapped from 130 HP to 180HP giving improved economy, more torque and obviously lots more power on tap.
Unlike most Ford Transit Campervan the roof is hinged at the front with the kitchen, and comes with FULL DOMETIC CASSETTE TOILET at the rear of the vehicle which is enclosed in a stylish cupboard. The cupboard opens at the front and the top is hinged back to give full access to the toilet. This feature will prove invaluable during your travels as you can be in very remote places or even in a town or city centre and always have a loo available. Removing the cassette and filling the cistern is easily managed behind the rear van doors.
This van has been designed with flexibility and functionality at the heart of its concept. One day it can be in full camping mode at your nearest site, or the next day open the back doors and there is a hanging wardrobe and room for 4-6 small suitcases so you can travel long distances to a town and then stay in hotels with easy access to clothes and personal belongings.
Inside the cab, the double passenger and single driver's seats both swivel and there are two separate plush RIB seats giving you a dining set up for up 5 people. The RIB seats then open flat to create 2 beds combined with the swiveled front seats but the RIB seats can also be adjusted sideways to form a double bed. With the ceiling lowered down there are another two berths under the POP UP roof with mattresses/sleeping bags. The kitchen area is again unique, ergonomically designed in a galley shape, with a double ring burner and sink to the left, with two drawers for cutlery, and to the right cupboards which have had a coffee machine and air-fryer, both vented and with 12v and 13amp sockets so when hooked up you can cook fully indoors. There is also additional storage, a fridge, all easily accessible and with the roof high at the back, no need to stoop when cooking and food can be passed forward into the 5 seats with no obstructions. The van is fitted with an LPG GAS underslung tank which can be easily filled in any garage at the external rear of the vehicle, so no messing about with heavy gas bottles. Heating is also driven off the LPG GAS so with high capacity you can use your van in winter and still be warm as toast. LED lights throughout and black out curtains complete the homely feel of this van.
It is fitted with additional high security door locks throughout and comes complete with a Thinkware dash cam, and tracker installed at considerable cost. The cab has the Ford media system fitted with the 10" touch screen for driver convenience.
The van comes with a DRIVE AWAY AWNING and SUN AWNING, either of which are fixed to specially installed fixings under the pop up roof.
This van is a truly unique and veritable tardis, but despite everything it has packed in, feels spacious and comfortable, warm and relaxing.
It's also registered with DVLA as a camper van.
