Broker's Comments

Here we have on offer a 1999 Eldis Eclipse 4 Berth rear lounge motorhome on a 2.2lt Renault Chassis with a 5 speed manual gear box having covered on 44136 miles. The layout comes as follows, as we enter the motorhome through the habitation door to our left we have the overcab bed that folds back to give easy access into the cab area. Then behind the drivers seat we have the washroom that comes with a corner basin, a bench style cassette toilet and shower. To the right of the habitation door we find the kitchen area that comes with a 3 burner gas hob sink with hot and cold running water a built in microwave oven and a 3 way fridge with a small freezer box. To the rear we have a very comfortable lounge with two side benches with panoramic views with windows to all three sides flooding the motorhome with natural sunlight making this a great place to relax during the day and then when night time arrives you can easily convert the lounge into a double bed. The motorhome is heated by a gas fire. Despite the age of the motorhome it is in good condition and has been looked after very well by its current owner.

The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
