the van & the kitchen is on your right, a large steel sink with draining
board & chrome mixer tap, a 4 gas burner hob with glass lid & gas grill
below. A Dometic 3-way powered fridge with freezer box, a cabinet with
microwave installed, lockers & cabinets provide plenty of
storage for your holiday provisions.
- The
main lounge & dining area is bright and airy, with a large window & a
rooflight, two forward facing seats with 3-point seatbelts, 2 rear facing seats
with lap belts, plus large dining table. A double bed can be made up.

concertina door. A Samsung TV is also included.

area towards the rear, with two rear facings seats & one forward facing

privacy curtains, security net & aluminium ladder to access. The blind on
the window does need re-tensioning.

washroom benefits from a separate shower cubicle with perspex shower door, a
washbasin with mirror above & cupboard below, a Thetford cassette swivelling
toilet with electric flush & double cabinet above.
- A
large wardrobe with hanging rail, wood effect flooring, Truma gas fire
providing blown-air central heating, gas powered Truma water boiler, black-out
blinds & fly-screens throughout.
- The
cab has a CD Tuner, internal silver thermal privacy
screens are provided. Power steering & 2 sets of keys.
- Outside
is a Fiamma sun canopy, Fiamma bike rack for 2, roof access ladder, side locker, gas locker for two gas bottles, roof mounted tv aerial, 4 good
tyres & underslung spare wheel. On board fresh water & grey water tanks
fitted, additionally an Aquaroll & Wastemaster included. There is a slight
knock to the offside rear bumper. A 4G motorhome Wi-Fi aerial has been fitted;
