A lovely example of a premier motorhome from one of
Germanys finest manufacturers. This Burstner
Ixeo i728G is based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.3 litre
turbo diesel multijet engine. This is the uprated 150bhp engine with
Comformatic 6 speed automatic gearbox. The vehicle has a full service and
habitation area history, and an MOT until February 20226.
The air-conditioned cab benefits from power
assisted steering, central locking, electric mirrors and cruise control. There is an Alpine Multi Media system
including DAB radio, Bluetooth and telephone functionality, a reversing camera built
into the rear view mirror, rear parking sensors and blinds to front and side
screens.
The motorhome is entered on the drivers side via a
low step. To the right of the habitation
door is a small double sofa seat and a wall unit with TV housing. Opposite is
the dinette with two forward facing seats with full seat belts for travelling
passengers, together with further wrap around seating for two. The front two
seats rotate to join this area, which means up to 8 people can be seated around
the height-adjustable table, which can also be moved both forwards and
sideways. All seating is in luxurious
full leather.
A fully electric large longitudinal double bed is
situated above the dinette and drops down over the table.
Moving to the rear is the L shaped kitchen with a
stainless sink with chrome mixer tap, microwave, 3 gas burner hob an oven with grill.
There is an abundance of cupboard and drawer space above and below for
provisions. There is a large Dometic fridge with separate freezer compartment
which is fully automatic and can be powered by 240v; 12v or gas depending
whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping.
Opposite is the washroom with a Thetford cassette
style toilet with swivel head and freshwater flush, and a large storage unit.
You have a permanent stylish sink & mixer tap with a unit underneath and a
large mirror. This is all fixed to a very cleverly designed partition which
creates the large shower section where you have plenty of shower room.
To the rear is main bedroom which is a twin single
layout over the garage, or you can use infill section that can be used to
convert into a large double bed. There is a TV and electrical point to the
foot of the bed. Storage is provided
through two large wardrobes under the beds and three wall cupboards above the
beds.
Heating and hot water is supplied by a Truma Blown air system, and all
living areas are enhanced by subtle lighting options and electric and USB
sockets.
Outside, the LPG locker has one gas bottle together with plumbing for a
second bottle to be connected. The large
rear garage can be accessed from both sides of the motorhome and has built in
electricity and lighting and is linked to the alarm system. There is plenty of storage room for two
bicycles together with folding chairs and all the other travelling essentials.
The vehicle has an external solar panel which charges both leisure and
engine batteries simultaneously.
The motorhome is fitted with an Outsmart The Thief alarm, immobiliser
and tracker with 12 months remaining on the monitoring contract.
The vehicle has been upgraded to 3850kg to accommodate the Tow bar frame
but could be downgraded to 3500kg if this was removed.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
