E705 is a great first-time motorhome with 4 Berths and 2 seatbelts based on the
popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.8 litre turbo diesel engine & 5
speed manual gearbox and plated at 3400kg GVW weight.
The cab
benefits from: power assisted steering, electric front windows, and a radio/cd
player.
We enter the
motorhome on the passenger side via a step immediately to the left is the
lounge area which consists of two side sofas each with room for two. There is both
an occasional table that stows in the rear wardrobe when not in use and a
larger dining table that stows in its own cupboard when not in use. The
passenger seat rotates to join this area so you could easily seat 5 people
around the table if entertaining on site. At night the sofas pull together to
make the main double bed with the use of two small infill cushions. The second
double bed is situated above the cab and is accessed via a wooden ladder.
Moving to the
rear is the galley kitchen which consists of a large stainless-steel sink with
drainer and chrome mixer tap, a full-size oven & grill with a four burner
gas hob above, a large fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Additionally,
there is a microwave for use on site.
Finally, to
the rear is the large bathroom the covers the full width of the back of the
motorhome. It consists of, a separate shower cubicle, style Thetford water
flush swivel toilet, washbasin and mixer tap. There is also a hanging wardrobe
with separate drawers.
There is a
Dec 2022 MOT and a current habitation check in place, details of which are
shown in the additional picture file and allowed for in the price.
