Welcome to the sale of this beautifully presented, 6 berth family motorhome located near Cranbrook, Kent. A Benimar Mileo 323, 2016 model, on a Fiat 2.3 TDI Multijet 2 engine with 150 BHP, first registered on December 2016 and just one owner from new. The vehicle has only completed 16409 miles and is in super condition with an MOT until December.

As you enter the vehicle the rear bunks are situated transverse across the vehicle on the right hand side. There is a ladder to access the upper bunk, both have curtains and reading lights. The lower bunk lifts up on a hinge to provide a large storage space which is accessible from the garage doors outside. Perfect for bikes and such like.

The kitchen is midships and equipped with all mod cons just like home, modern stainless steel sink and drainer, gas, 12v and 240v fridge and separate freezer, dual fuel hob with grill and oven below. There is a built in microwave above 240v only, in amongst ample drawers and cupboards.

The washroom provides all you need to manage in the absence of on site facilities, such as washbasin, mirror, vanity unit. Plenty of 12v lighting and with a separate shower enclosure and Perspex door. There is a Thetford swivelling cassette loo for your convenience.

The dinette has seating for four people all seats fitted with 3 point belts for travel. Opposite this is a smaller 2 seat dinette so easily accommodating six people for dinner. This area also converts to a double bed adding to your overall sleeping capacity. Finally there is a large overcab bed with a window, lighting and curtains, ladder to access.

Facilities outside include, a wind out awning, rear 4 place bicycle rack, solar panel, BBQ point and plenty of storage lockers. This vehicle will also come with electric hook up cable, and gas bottle. Overall weight is 4400kg so large payload of over 1000kg available.
