At just 5.28 metres long this delightful compact motorhome is so easy to drive and park yet when you are inside it feels really spacious. Incredibly, for a vehicle of this age, it has only ever had 1 owner and they have clearly looked after their beloved motorhome. Built on the superb Peugeot Boxer chassis, this Autocruise Vista has the powerful yet frugal 2.2 litre engine that powers this motorhome along with the minimum of fuss. It features a manual 6 speed gear box and it is a real pleasure to get behind the wheel. There is a radio cd player, power windows and mirrors, a driver airbag and front windscreen privacy blinds.
Behind the cab you have a mid-kitchen on the nearside and a lounge on the offside. The kitchen is impressively equipped and has everything you need to prepare nice meals away including a gas oven and grill and a 3 gas burner hob. There is a Dometic 3 way fridge with an ice box, a sink with a mixer tap and a surprisingly generous amount of cupboard and locker storage space.
On the opposite side is the lounge featuring an L shaped sofa finished in a very pleasant green and cream fabric. Above is a large skylight which floods the lounge with natural light making this a lovely spot to sprawl out with a good book and a glass or two of vino. There is a freestanding dining table for use at meal times and this stores away in its own cupboard when not in use. When it's time for sleep the sofa converts into a bed large enough to sleep 2 people.
At the rear you have the main entrance door with an electric step. Either side of this is the bathroom which is split into two distinct areas. On the nearside you have a shower with a Perspex screen. On the other side is a Thetford cassette toilet and a fold down wash basin with a mixer tap.
The motorhome was serviced in March 2022 and had a habitation check in March 2023. A new engine battery was fitted in February 2023. Heating and hot water both run off gas. A Toad alarm has been fitted for added security.
This Autocruise Vista would make a wonderful starter motorhome without breaking the bank, for a couple looking to experience the fun and freedom that motorhome holidays bring. At 3500 kg she can be driven by anyone with a standard UK driving licence.
