Motorhome Depot are pleased to present this superb 2021 Chausson 788 Titanium VIP 5-berth,4-belted luxury Motorhome. Based on the Fiat Ducato, it is powered by the excellent 2.3 diesel 140BHP engine and 9-speed automatic gearbox and It has had 1 owner and comes with full Habitation check history and full Service history having both been done in August 2023, and has only covered 5000 miles from new. It is not due its first MOT until August 2024. Having a GVW of 3500kg, it can be driven on a standard licence and is 7.16m long and has a payload of 491kg. Being only 2 years old and very well maintained, this Motorhome is in lovely condition.

The living quarters are fitted with luxurious trimming and fittings and the panoramic skylights and abundance of LED lighting give it a light and airy interior. There is 12 and 230 volt and USB points throughout. The lounge/dining area has inward facing seats with an adjustable table. Underneath the sofas are 2 forward facing, belted travel seats that can be folded up and out into position when required. There is a high-quality TV fitted on a swivel that can be stowed away. Above the lounge is an electric drop-down bed with dimensions of 6’3” x 4’7” and underneath this the seats can be converted into a single berth so making this a genuine 5-berth.The kitchen is equipped with cooker with a hob, oven and grill, a basin and 141 litre fridge/freezer. The fixed island bed in the rear measures 6’3” x 5’3” and sits over a very large rear garage and the bed is height adjustable to increase garage space to a point where multiple bikes can be stored. This bedroom also offers a large amount of storage and has a 12V fan skylight. There is a separate shower room and a toilet/washroom which are opposite each other next to the bedroom and the door to the toilet can be used to block off the rest of the Motorhome to give privacy for the bedroom occupants. The heating can be operated on diesel,gas and electric thus making off-grid camping very simple.

In the cab there are 2 x swivel seats, aircon, electric windows and mirrors, reversing camera, wrap around blinds, DAB radio, cruise control and adjustable armrests.

Externally we have a 160kw solar panel, 1 x 13kg gas bottle, bbq point, outside shower attachment, large rear garage with side and rear opening doors, alloy wheels and a 230 volt plug point. The owner recently fitted mudguards and had the vehicle undersealed.

There is a 7-year water ingress warranty with Chausson(until 2028) which can be transferred to the next owner and the current owners also paid for 3 habitation checks up front so the habitation check for August 2024 has been paid for and can be transferred to the next owner.

This is a fantastic Motorhome and early viewing is highly recommended because, with an unused version of this motorhome now being over eighty thousand pounds, this is an opportunity to buy a lightly used model for a saving of over fifteen thousand pounds .
