Incredibly well maintained ever popular Benimar Mileo 294. The vehicle has a rear island bed with ample storage in the bedroom including his and hers wardrobes and under bed drawers and cupboards. A pull down double bed over the dinette makes up the 4 berths although the dinette itself can be converted into a 5th berth for a smaller person. There are 4 travelling seatbelts.
The habitation area is light and airy and very comfortable with both driver and passenger "Captain" style seats swivelling to make up the dining/socialising area around the extendable table. The kitchen is superbly equipped with very large fridge, separate freezer, microwave oven, combined oven and grill, hob with one electric and two gas rings and an extractor fan. A cutlery drawer and other cupboards and lockers around the vehicle provide ample storage.
The bedroom and bathroom areas can be separated from the rest of the habitation with a slide out screen and the pull down double has a privacy curtain and safety net around it. The bathroom area is a striking feature of the motorhome with a full height and separate shower cubicle with wraparound modesty screen. The bathroom opposite has a large mirror, Thetford cassette w.c. and transparent washbasin. The bulkhead separating the bedroom has a large mirror which itself conceals more storage space.
The cab is as you would expect, fully equipped with satnav, bluetooth, DAB radio and CD, USB points (there are several throughout the vehicle) and air conditioning. The vehicle is equipped with an alarm and immobiliser and a tracker (inactive) and a Fiat 2.3 150Bhp engine. All the cab windows have Remis blinds and a separate thermal wraparound screen and all other windows and rooflights have both fly and blackout screens.
On the outside is a large wind-out awning, external bbq and shower point, gas locker with one bottle but room for two, mirror guards, 2 bike rack, manual steadies at the rear of the vehicle, a large garage with access from either side containing full spare wheel, 12v socket and striplight and a solar panel. The freshwater tank is onboard the vehicle and the waste water tank has an anti-frost setting. The habitation door and both garage doors have Fiamma security locks fitted as extras.
Incredible value for money the vehicle is based in Lynemouth in beautiful Northumberland and is available for viewing but strictly by appointment as the vehicle is with the owner and has to be retrieved from secure storage.
