Based on a Fiat Ducato with a 2.3 litre (130hp) engine with 6-speed gearbox, electric mirrors/windows and Remis blinds fitted on the cab windows.
As you enter the motorhome, it immediately feels bright and spacious with the lounge / dining area towards the front. Consisting of a double forward facing bench seat with 2 x 3-point seatbelts, and a double settee to the side, a large dining table and with the two front seats turned round, there is seating for six in comfort.
Above the cab is the large double bed that is accessed using the stow-away ladder. The bed can be pushed up when not in use to give better access to the cab. It could also be used as a massive storage area when not being used as a bed.
In the middle of the motorhome, you will find the very well-appointed kitchen area, compete with 3-burner gas hob with one electric plate, oven, grill, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, large 3-way fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave and plenty of worktop and storage areas.
To the rear is the large fixed French double bed with storage lockers above and access to the storage space below the bed. There is a fold-away privacy screen fitted between the bedroom and the kitchen area. Adjacent is the washroom complete with Thetford cassette toilet, wash basin with mixer tap and a very neat shower area with two folding partition doors.
Heating and hot water is provided by a dual fuel Truma Combi unit and there are removable carpets found throughout. Externally you will find a bike-rack, Fiamma wind-out awning, solar panel, under-slung spare wheel, and Gas-It refillable LPG cylinder.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
